QUARTERLY BIOMEDICAL PARENT MEETING

Dr. Karen Harum will be facilitating our informative quarterly meetings for parents of children with special needs.  The next meeting will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at noon.  If you would like to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, as space may be limited.

IN THE COMMUNITY...

Breath of Life will be a proud sponsor of the Triangle Arthritis Walk in Durham, North Carolina on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Imperial Center Winchester Building, 4309 Emperor Boulevard.  We will be answering general questions about the healing benefits of hyperbaric therapy for inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, and distributing information about our Center.  All are welcome to attend (even your dogs!).  For more information, visit http://trianglearthritiswalk.kintera.org/

SUPPORT GROUP FOR SINGLE PARENTS

So many parents of children with special needs are coping with the reality of raising their children alone.  Here at Breath of Life Treatment Center, we felt the growing need to provide a forum for single parents to share, network, vent(!), and seek support among friends.  Meetings will be held one or two evenings each month, with the first meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 7:00 PM.  Call to let us know that you're coming so we have enough snacks for everyone.
